60-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days of your delivery date for a refund of the purchase price — even if the bottle has been opened or used. We genuinely want you to try it.

How to request a refund or return

1. Email admin@unglued.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll reply with instructions and, if a return is needed, a return address.
3. Once approved (and any returned item is received), we issue your refund.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

You can cancel or skip your Subscribe & Save subscription anytime before your next billing date from your account or by emailing admin@unglued.com. The 60-day guarantee applies to your most recent subscription shipment.
