These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getunglued.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products sold by Aetheryon Biosciences LLC ("Aetheryon," "we," "us," or "our"), maker of UNGLUED™, a WAKE UP™ brand. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

UNGLUED™ Fascia Release is a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Products are intended for adults 18+.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order. Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we ship. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

3. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

If you choose a subscription ("Subscribe & Save"), you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis — every 30 days at the discounted price shown at checkout (currently 20% off) — until you cancel. You can cancel or skip anytime from your account or by emailing admin@unglued.com before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund a shipment already processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Delivery: Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after shipment, via USPS or UPS, within the United States.
  • Free shipping on orders over $100. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout.
  • You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays or for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. International shipping is not currently offered.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the UNGLUED™ and WAKE UP™ marks, logos, text, images, and the Fascia Flow™ Complex name — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
